This episode is about where we've been, where we are and where we're going. We do a short recap of our first full year of podcasting. We would like to thank all the great guests who have shared their stories with us.
Our show is about Family, Health and Causes. In this episode we are diving into health.
2020 made us take a hard look at our health and we decided to do something to improve it. Starting in July we embarked on a mental toughness/fitness challenge that changed our lives. The challenge was not about losing weight, it was not about looking good in a bathing suit. The challenge was to get healthy physically and mentally. It was to show ourselves that we could do it. We found that we had what it takes to be successful with our own health.
Now we have decided to start another challenge that hopefully will help others find a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. At the (7:57) mark we introduce "Focus in Fifty", a challenge intended to encourage others to find their healthy and sustainable lifestyle. The challenge is a personal challenge and does not have a financial cost. We invite you to join us in this journey of a healthy lifestyle. We want to encourage each other and hold each other accountable. If you are looking for a good group of people to encourage you on this journey please consider joining our group. Focus in Fifty
