Food Again. This Time, It’s Personal?

Emily and Amelia talk food: Episode 3. This time it’s about food restrictions and why you might choose not to eat certain foods. No Sith were Revenged in the making of this podcast.

tl;dr

  • Make the best choices you can with the resources you have.
  • You’re absolutely allowed to try restrictions on your food, to find out what works for you.
  • Recognize that since we’re all making the best choices we can with the resources we have available,
  • As your resources change, be responsive to those changes and develop the skills to make changes flexibly.
  • And always remember that you don’t have to judge yourself. You’re doing your best.
