This guided meditation is inspired by the DBT TIPP skill, this is a guided progressive relaxation meditation. In this meditation you will be guided through a body scan, slowly tensing and releasing different muscles throughout the body. I hope this helps you cultivate more balance and peace in your mind and body. As always, I love your feedback.
Whether you are familiar with Internal Family Systems or not, this guided mediation is a great way to explore the dynamic parts of self that exist within you. It is a great way to be guided through a self-compassion practice towards the dynamic emotions, memories, sensations, and thoughts we tend to suppress or deny throughout the day.
Remember it is a practice, sometimes it take continuous effort and consistency to learn how to be curious and vulnerable with ourselves, come back to this practice as many times as you need.
As always, I love your feedback!

This mediation is a guided meditation, designed to help you mediate on Psalm 46:10, "Be Still and Know that I am God." I pray this mediation brings you peace and strength.
This meditation is inspired by one of my beloved friends. It is design as a meditation to allow scripture to fill your Spirit with the presence of God, finding God as your resting place.
I hope you enjoy this guided meditation, designed to help us reflect on the 8 Beatitudes from Matthew 5:3-10.

Join me in a 5 minute guided mediation on the St. Francis Prayer. In this meditation we recite the St. Francis Prayer 3x with intention, focus, and embodiment. A great way to start the day with prayer.
Here is a 7 minute, 4x4 guided breathwork practice. This practice consists of 3 sets/10 reps of breathing in for the count of four and breathing out for the count of four. This breathwork technique is a great practice for regulating the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.
A quick way to reset and regulate in the middle of your busy day. This is a quick way to attune to your body and its sensations while disrupting tension and patterns of trauma in the body.

In this episode, it is my goal to shed light on the many ways an individual can actual be carrying sexual trauma with them. We are conditioned to think we only have sexual trauma when having experiences involving abuse and violence. I have worked with and held deep healing space for many woman and men, and I have sound so many individuals living with sexual experiences that left them confused, scared, and in shame. Intimacy of any kind should be safe and if it is not it often can lead to some form of disregulation and trauma.
This is a powerful conversation between The Viking Mindset Podcast and Feel the Heal, along with special guest Ashley R. Ashley will keep you captivated with her knowledge and she answers all our questions about the research and neurobiology of attachment, trauma bonds, toxic relationships, and all the patterns of behavior that come with it. This is probably one of my favorite podcast episodes to date, its so informative and I believe will help many give words to experiences that have had in relationships and in breakups.

Trauma and The 12 Steps. A podcast series, where I blend our modern language and understanding of trauma, neurobiology, and physiology with the language and solution provided in the 12 Step rooms of recovery. This is me blending my professional and personal experience, strength, hope, and wisdom together. Along with the episodes of interpreting the 12 Steps, I will also be publishing personal stories of individuals with their own story of strength, hope, and healing. Trauma, addiction, and dysfunction all interconnect and have generational impacts, its my goal to help dismantle and break cycles of generational trauma by spreading awareness.
On this episode I welcome Sterling G. to share his personal experience with trauma, addiction, and recovery.
Hello Healers, thank you for joining me on this special podcasting series, Trauma & 12 Steps. After being a member of AA for 8 years now, a member of Al-anon,, recovering from trauma, and starting a career as a somatic therapy facilitator and trauma- informed educator and coach, it was only a natural progression for me to want to connect all the dots of my personal and professional experience. 12 Step programs are the foundation of my life today, they give movement, purpose, and power into every other avenue of my life. I feel from my experience in these rooms, we are not emphasizing the impacts of trauma or connecting it properly with the beautiful language within our literature. It is my goal to help individuals who have felt disempowered in these rooms to get more out of or literature with the help of my perspective and interpretation of our literature from a trauma-informed perspective.
