In this episode, I'm talking with Jenna Bernard @jenna_bernard breaking down why meal prep doesn't have to suck your time and life away, and how to make nutrition work for your REAL life (not some fantasy version of it). We chat about the reality that everyone's approach needs to be different—what works for your bodybuilding friend probably isn't right for you, and that's perfectly fine. Also why extreme dieting approaches are overkill for most people's goals, and how simple mindset shifts can make the whole process way more manageable. We also tackle the tricky stuff-- like navigating social situations without feeling like a nutrition hermit and finding that sweet spot between what you want and what you need. The take away? Meal prep should make your busy life easier, not harder.
