Welcome back my love! In this episode I'm going to share with you my journey of transforming my mindset about dating. NEWSFLASH: DATING DOESN'T HAVE TO SUCK! For a long time, I found myself in dating scenarios with people who were emotionally unavailable, and I would often feel anxious and unsettled. I was ignoring the signals my body and intuition were sending me, and I was settling for less than what I truly wanted and deserved. However, in the last few months, I've gone through a transformative experience that has led me to fall in love with dating. So I'm going to share with you some of the tips and tricks that I've learned along the way, to help you navigate the dating world with more ease and confidence. One of the key things I've learned is that in order to have a successful and enjoyable dating experience, you must first love yourself. This means taking care of yourself and your needs, and being aware of your self-worth. When you value yourself, you attract people who also value and respect you. I'll also be sharing my experiences with setting boundaries, learning to say no, and focusing on your own happiness rather than relying on a people you date to fulfill it. Another important aspect of successful dating is learning to listen to your intuition. Often, our intuition is the voice that tells us when something doesn't feel right. By ignoring our intuition, we can find ourselves in relationships that are unhealthy and unfulfilling. I'll share some of the techniques that have helped me tap into my intuition, and how to trust and act on the signals it sends. So, if you're tired of settling for less in your dating life, and you're ready to embrace a more positive and self-loving mindset, this episode is for you. #7 Why the "Fearful" Goddess

Welcome back! In this episode, I'll be sharing the story of why I chose to name this podcast the Fearful Goddess, and how my own journey with fear led me to become the sex coach I am today!

For a long time, I had a dream of starting this podcast, but I found myself facing a wall of self-resistance. This is what fear looks like for me sometimes, and after a lot of time I learned I need to push through that wall in order to achieve my goals. Because in terms of my goals, I'm not really afraid of failure - in fact, I love failure - but I realized that my fear was rooted in the possibility of success. The idea of being vulnerable and open on this podcast was scary for me, but I know it is necessary for my growth.

My journey to becoming a sex coach also came from a place of fear. Through this work, I learned that it's not about waiting to stop feeling scared - it's about doing things scared. It's about pushing through the fear and recognizing that growth comes from discomfort. To think that fear, something we normally see as negative, led me to my practice which is making me and my clients happy, opens my eyes to appreciate being fearful. This is why my every day mantra is "feel the fear and do it anyways".

I hope that this episode inspires you to reflect on your own relationship with fear. Whether you're trying to start a new project, take a risk in your personal life, or simply face your fears head-on, remember that it's okay to feel scared. The important thing is to keep pushing forward and trusting in yourself. Join me on this journey to embrace our inner fearful goddesses and conquer our fears together.
