How to manage social occasions

In this episode we cover everything you need to know and understand to manage social occasions without sacrificing your results. We cover practical tips and tricks along with mindset shifts you need to engrain into your way of thinking. Often it's not the social occasion itself that ruins our progress, it's our perception of the social occasion being a 'f**k up' that leads us to continue overeating & self sabotage - which DOES lead to taking steps backwards. The more we can perceive high calorie days as a completely normal part of the process the easier it becomes to remain in control and make consistent progress with fat loss.
