When you think about your resilience and wellbeing, how often do think about your money and finances?
We often think we’ve got to make space to develop our mental and physical resilience but if you don’t have financial resilience the former can be like pushing the proverbial Sisyphean boulder up the hill. Up and down.
Nearly 12 million people feel overwhelmed or stressed dealing with financial matters, including 40% of adults with credit or loans saying they suffer anxiety and stress, according to a survey by the Financial Conduct Authority.
So what to do?
Well, when it all started to get on top of me, I turned to a financial coach Sasha Speed.
Despite the fact I’ve worked with a financial advisor and have a wonderful accountant, I really needed someone to help me get clarity, direction and confidence in what I was doing overall. It’s been so incredibly helpful, I wanted to spread the work about the work Financial Coaches.
