After all, we want our clothes to feel good, and we want to feel good about our clothes too.
89% of women are more body confident when they like what they wear, but only 15% are wearing clothes that make them feel good everyday.
When there’s such a big reward for wearing clothes we like, why aren’t we doing it everyday?
Well, when we looked into it, one of the reasons is that it’s actually not always that easy to find clothes that fit! In fact, our research revealed that 82% of women have recently struggled to find clothes that fit - and we’re not just talking about size. Shape is the most reported factor, and height and age also play a big role.
To launch our new show, we're talking to 2 industry experts who have been navigating the complexities around fit, and can share why there isn’t a quick, simple solution, but how they’ve taken steps to help us all feel good in what we wear.
You’ll Learn:
- The technical difficulties involved in making different sized garments
- What is a 'Fat Tax' and who is paying for it?
- How Insyze & Ample Folk are disrupting the fashion space for plus sizes
- Why retailers sometimes choose not to stock extended size ranges in store
- Why some extended size ranges don't suit all body shapes
- Why minimum order limits can prevent brands from catering to all sizes
