The FanGirlHour is back!  Finally!  In this episode, I chat with my good friend, Karissa, about her new found love for PokeMon-Go.  She will share how she came to love it, the myriad of ways it has added value to her life, and then we deep dive into each others own tools to maintain mental health!

Karissa is a 41 year old mom who geeks out on Pokemon Go.  She loves that the game connects her to her two boys while also bringing out her inner child. Pokemon go also gives karissa the opportunity to be a part of a community of other Pokemon lovers anywhere from 5 years old to 80!  While not playing Pokemon Go she is doing all the mom things and running her own business teaching others about essential oils and how they can be used for physical and emotional health. Karissa loves connecting with people and loves hosting music nights with her boyfriend and neighbors, and friends.
