*Creating Balance *Biblical Mindset *Intentional Living *Time Management *Routines *Priorities *Overwhelm Management Are you a busy, working Mom, overwhelmed by all the hats you have to wear? Are you exhausted from juggling your ever-growing list of commitments and to-dos? Do you desire to show up abundantly in all the areas of your life, but are spread too thin, leaving you feeling weary and guilty that you didn’t do enough? If this is you, Friend, then I am so excited to welcome you! I’m Lindsay, a Jesus-loving, anxious-prone wife and Mom to 3. As a working Mom myself, I know firsthand how stressful it can be to have the desire to financially help your family, but also show up as a Mom, fully engaged and present for the people who are most important to you. I was drowning in all the things, overcome with anxiety and blindly believing the enemy’s lies that I wasn’t doing enough. Which only left me spiraling even deeper into a more toxic cycle that felt impossible to escape. It wasn’t until I prioritized my relationship with the Lord through rooting myself in scripture and prayer that I began to see the light. When I gave myself space to rest in God’s presence and became conscious of what my foundational priorities were, my life began to change, and I experienced freedom. And I am so excited to share that freedom and peace with you! So, I invite you to join me weekly for a dose of encouragement, practical tools, tips, and resources to help all of us align ourselves with scripture and restore our priorities. I truly believe that when we are intentional about renewing our minds and rooting ourselves in God’s promises, we get to actively live in the best that God has for us. So, gift yourself the next few minutes with a cozy blanket and warm drink, and come as you are. You are welcome here Friend and I can’t wait to share this time with you. Ep 143 // Exhausted from Constant What-If Anxiety? How Working Moms Can Finally Find Peace with Even-If Faith
If you’re a Christian working mom who lies awake playing out every possible scenario — trying to stay ahead of what could go wrong — this episode will feel like exhale. Today we’re talking about the kind of anxiety that doesn’t always look chaotic on the outside — but feels like a constant mental hum you can’t turn off. The silent fear of “what if I don’t see it coming?” The emotional exhaustion of always trying to pre-live what hasn’t even happened yet. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why so much of your anxiety isn’t because something is actually wrong — but because you don’t know what’s next The difference between what-if thinking (fear-driven) vs. even-if faith (peace-anchored) A 3-step biblical reset you can do in real time when your brain starts spiraling How to experience peace before clarity — not after Why God isn’t waiting for you to figure it all out — He’s waiting for you to stay close If your mind is constantly preparing for things that haven’t even happened… if you’re tired of living braced for impact… this conversation will show you a new way to walk — steady, grounded, and no longer driven by fear of the unknown.   If you’re ready to go deeper, I also share Faithfully Balanced, my course designed to help Christian working moms like you restore peace, guard your priorities, and live faithfully aligned with God — all without adding extra hustle to your life.  Resources & Links Mentioned in This Episode: Faithfully Balanced Course 🌿 Resources & Next Steps: 👉 Grab the Faithfully Balanced course for this special pricing window! Ep 140 // The Easy, Overlooked Way to Feel Closer to God in the Middle of Your Busy Day
Are you a busy mom who reads your Bible, prays, and serves—but still feels distant from God? In this episode, we’re talking about the sacred small moments—those often overlooked opportunities to experience God’s presence in your everyday life. I share how I’ve personally discovered God in the midst of ordinary routines, especially since my husband went to Heaven and I felt that empty void of someone to talk to all the time in walking through grief. God showed me that He’s not only present in quiet devotion or long prayer times—He’s with us in the carpool line, in the laundry room, and in those tiny pauses between life’s tasks. We’ll explore: How to notice God in the ordinary, everyday moments of your life A simple, overlooked way to feel closer to God even on your busiest days How to turn routine activities—folding laundry, driving, cooking—into practical moments of worship Ways to experience His presence, grow in faith, and bring peace into your day If you’ve ever felt spiritually disconnected despite doing all the “right” things, this episode will help you shift from striving to simply being with God. You’ll learn practical tips to weave faith into your busy mom life and start noticing the sacred in your small, everyday moments. Listen now and discover how even the most ordinary moments can help you feel closer to God, find peace, and grow spiritually—right where you are.   If this episode resonated, would you share it with a friend who might feel spiritually dry too? Ep 139 // You Read, Pray & Serve — So Why Do You Still Feel Distant from God?
You Read, Pray & Serve — So Why Do You Still Feel Distant from God? How Do You Move From Spiritual Busyness to True Intimacy with Jesus? Do you ever find yourself doing all the right faith things — reading your Bible, praying daily, serving others — and yet your heart still feels distant, dry, or spiritually empty? You’re not alone. In this episode, we’ll explore why spiritual busyness can quietly replace closeness with God, and how Jesus invites you instead into abiding — to be with Him, not just do for Him. We’ll unpack John 15:4–5 and what it means to dwell in Christ like a branch in the vine. You’ll hear practical, everyday rhythms and mindset shifts you can start using today to reconnect your heart with God — even when things feel dry. You’ll walk away with: Clarity on the difference between spiritual activity and spiritual intimacy Simple steps to move from striving to resting in God’s presence Encouragement to remember that your faith is not defined by how much you do, but by how deeply you abide If you’re feeling disconnected in your faith — despite doing all the “right” things — this episode is for you.   If this episode resonated, would you share it with a friend who might feel spiritually dry too?
