Each of us have a responsibility in the kingdom of God. Last episode we talked about one of our responsibilities being to tend to the kingdom of God. In this episode Keith, Hannah, and Noah break down another responsibility; which is to guard the kingdom of God. Our goal for season 4 is to make you feel competent in whatever it is that the Lord is calling you to do. We don't just want to add to your knowledge, but we want to help bring application to knowledge. Grab your Bible, something to take notes on, and maybe a cup of coffee...unless you don't like coffee. We all have something that we can be tending to. But not everyone chooses to take care of the things they're being called to take care of. In the kingdom of God, we have a responsibility to tend to the things He is calling us to.
Everyone wants to be relevant. The majority want to be world changers. Although this is a great thing, many don't pursue relevancy because they either think they're incapable or too fearful of failing. The good news is that we serve a God who wants us to be relevant; He helps us live a relevant life. In this episode, we give practical application to how we can live a relevant life for Christ. May everything we do bring praise and glory to God.
The Bible is full of people that lived intentionally for God. They stayed focused on His will and trusted in His promises. Is there a need to live a relevant life for Christ right now? Many Christians keep hiding their light so that they don't draw attention to themselves. Jesus doesn't call us to hide, but to illuminate the darkness so that others may see Him (Matthew 5:14-16). We're kicking off Season 4, Light in the darkness. We want everyone to feel competent in whatever it is that the Lord is calling them to do. We don't just want to add to your knowledge, but we want to help bring application to knowledge. Grab your Bible, something to take notes on, and maybe a cup of coffee...unless you don't like coffee. We'll discuss that in another episode.

"I hope you have a good day." When you say that to someone, are you wishing that they have a good day, or are you believing in it and praying that they have a good day? Wishful thinking is not faith. Wishful thinking is denying God His power and ability to take control. God is fully capable of handling anything and everything. Do you have HOPE in Him?

From the beginning of creation to the present, Jesus has remained the same. He has not changed at all. He has never forgotten his mission and agenda for mankind. Knowing that Jesus doesn't change, we should be drawing near and listening to what he is speaking. Grab your Bible, something to take notes on, and maybe a cup of coffee...unless you don't like coffee. We'll discuss that in another episode.
