Shaun is joined this week by his good friend and fan favourite guest Rochelle Lindquist. 2021 has been a big year for Rochelle as she and her partner uprooted their lives in Brisbane and moved to Tasmania where Rochelle launched her own business.
Rochelle shares with Shaun what it was like to take her biggest risk yet and gamble everything on herself. Rochelle is now a successful business owner who works within social media marketing, SEO writing, copywriting and content creation. Rochelle is the definition of a 'Girl Boss' a woman in business who is single headedly managing multiple contracts, various social media accounts, hosting a successful podcast and inspiring others to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
'I don't know how she does it' is a phrase people often think when they see someone accomplishing so much but Rochelle often shares how she does it on her website and social media channels.
