“Yesterday’s price is not today’s price.” You’ve heard it before but have you really thought about what it means for your business, your work, and even you?
In this episode, I take you inside the unspoken truth about pricing the uncomfortable reality most sellers ignore. If you’ve ever quoted a price only to hear,
“But I can get it cheaper somewhere else,” this is for you. Because here’s the secret: lowering your price doesn’t win more clients, it only puts you in a race to the bottom.
I share why justifying your price is one of the fastest ways to lose authority, how perception shapes what people are willing to pay, and why the value you bring goes far beyond numbers on an invoice.
By the end, you’ll never look at pricing or yourself the same way again.

Kwame Yeboah discusses business from a rather different point of view on how everyone wants to win at business but we begin by failing. No one has a problem with failing, we are just worried people will get ton know we tried.
We begin with the appreciation of effort and the idea that failure is somewhat necessary when we decide to start or learn anything.
What if failure was your greatest advantage?
In this episode of Everything Unmastered, we explore why the earliest stages of your journey and the moments when no one is watching, when the stakes are low, or when you feel the least prepared are actually the perfect time to fail in business.
Through real stories, relatable struggles, and examples from brands like Netflix, Starbucks, and BlackBerry, we dig into why waiting for the “perfect moment” often holds you back, and how embracing small failures early can fuel your biggest wins later.
Whether you’re a student juggling classes and side hustles, an aspiring entrepreneur worried about judgment, or simply someone holding back because of fear, this conversation is packed with insights that will challenge your mindset and push you closer to starting.
If you’ve ever said
this episode will make you rethink what’s really stopping you.

It's all about balance. That tug-of-war between multitasking and the art of focus. How focus contributes to consistency and brings compounding results.
If you focus too hard, you risk waking up one day wondering if you ever had fun doing it. If you multitask too much, you’re stressed, stretched thin, and nothing really compounds the way it should.
Somewhere in the middle, I ended up talking about Severance. The Apple TV show where workers have their brains split so their work-selves never remember home and their home-selves never remember work. Sounds perfect… until you realize they’re living two half-lives, neither one whole.
Maybe that’s what happens when we over-compartmentalize. We try to protect ourselves with neat folders. Your heart follows your money whether you want it to or not.
I’m starting to think the real trick isn’t “perfect focus” or “perfect multitasking,” but learning how to switch with intention.
Hope you take something from this episode.
