Yes, I know! Spring has sprung! But hear me out~Valentine's Day (my favorite holiday) is eternal. There's a reason why it's such a flash point for all of our feelings about love. Even if you can't stand this holiday, there are ways in which it points us toward the deepest truths and vulnerabilities in ourselves, and when we own those, we can be liberated by a truly authentic expression of love.
