I heard a trending TikTok sound (Yes my source is TikTok for this episode) that says that a good formula for daily mental health is doing something for your mind, something for your body and your soul every day. Aside from work or school, I list out some of the things that we can be doing for ourselves in each of these aspects of our life to live more intentionally.
