Listen to host
Eric Dye & guest Steve Flavell discuss the following:

* You’re going up against some pretty formidable telco giants here. How can you possibly beat them?
* You led LoopUp through a major pivot during the pandemic. Tell us a little about that and what were your most significant learnings?
* You privatized LoopUp last year. Why did you take LoopUp public in 2016 only to take it private again a few years later?
* So where does that leave LoopUp now in its journey, and what comes next?
