Did you know that Alaska has one of the highest rates of alcohol consumption in the United States? In fact, shocking statistics reveal that nearly 1 in 3 Alaskans engage in grey drinking, a term used to describe the consumption of alcohol in a way that falls between social drinking and alcoholism. This phenomenon raises a thought-provoking question - why do so many individuals turn to alcohol as a means of escape or coping?

I am a Mastery Trained Health Coach, I have a Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in community and mental health and a certificate in Addiction Studies. In 2019 I went to Health Coach institute and got certificates in Life and Health coaching and then went on to do the year long Mastery Coaching Program to learn the Transformational Coaching Method. I have spent my career helping people achieve their health goals and giving up gray area drinking is the next level, this insidious habit affects more of us that we realize and I am passionate about getting the word out there and helping women uplevel their health
