This has been one of my most enlightening conversations on this show! Step-parenting is one of the hardest things I've ever done and today's episode brings all the tips and tricks you need to master this phase of life.

Amy Stone is a mentor and coach for stepparents. As a mentor and a coach, she supports adults in blended families with tools and strategies to empower them to create a life they love.

Amy understands that it can be a little scary to ask for support when it comes to questions about your relationship and your family but coaching with Amy is a safe space where you can set down your concerns with somebody who has decades of personal experience as a stepmom and even more years of experience as a child of divorced parents. Through coaching, you will receive support and learn strategies to help you organize the new family roles, identities, and even household duties so that all members of the family will feel secure, beloved, confident, and valued in your home. This is not just about the kids, this includes YOU.

If you are currently experiencing stress, drama or conflict, coaching with Amy can help you improve family communications and create connectivity and connection. Coaching is about creating change which means that working with Amy is about taking action to make things better … not about staying stuck in frustration.

Amy is a mom, a stepmom, and a step-grandma. Her personal journey as a stepmom is what inspires her passion to help stepparents and adults in stepfamilies. When she isn’t helping families you might find her running, or paddleboarding or relaxing with her toes in the sand at the beach. She also loves to read good fiction novels and has what might be a slight obsession with homemade sourdough bread.
