
Hello folks! Today, I have an open and honest discussion about my recent realizations about the emotion of anger. While I do not go into specific details or get graphic on the subject, I understand that this is a sensitive topic and offer a trigger warning to anyone who doesn't feel comfortable listening in.
A recent look at my own anger and my relationships with myself and others proved to be very interesting, and I discuss a visualization I did that helped me to come to some fundamental truths. I hope it will help others to find healthy ways to express their anger and heal themselves as well!
