I also believe movement is healing emotionally/mentally: the combination of working with my Pilates students and returning to dancing played a significant role in my healing from the depression, anxiety and panic attacks I suffered as a result of divorce. Teaching and facilitating are about learning, growing and connecting: assisting others’ learning and growing allows me to be of service. I’ve been told I am easy to be around, have a delightful sense of humor and make exercise enjoyable.
