
Could embracing discomfort lead to deeper connection and understanding?
In this episode I look at how to navigate inevitable conflict and tension from a space of emotional and embodied awareness and why you might want to do this! I talk about why facing the parts of yourself you don't want to face and having uncomfortable conversation actually create more connection,embodiment and healing .
I offer a couple of gems that might help you do this:
1- Self Responsibility - Check in with your part in the tension or conflict and what you are bringing
2- Gain your bodys insights by checking in. You could listen to episode 18 (guided embodied meditation) and bring to mind the tension and see what your body shows you
3. Ask what meaning you are giving to this situation ? What you translate it to mean about you?
