Goal Setting That ACTUALLY WORKS

There’s a big difference between setting goals and setting goals that you’ll ACTUALLY achieve.


Only around 8-9% of people actually achieve their New Year’s resolutions + stick to them throughout the year.

There’s also research that shows 23% of people quit by the end of the first WEEK and 43% quit by the end of JANUARY. That is WILD. 


As someone who helps people achieve their goals FOR A LIVING – there are a few things I have found to make the biggest difference for people who achieve their goals vs those who never achieve them or are constantly on + off.
