Episode 9 speaks on the experiences with each generation from a personal and professional perspective of two millenials who work in social work and behavioral therapy.
This episode touches on the dynamics of my relationships with my brothers. I also speak on details of my brother’s death publicly for the first time. I end this episode with BLM movement and why the death of George Floyd is triggering for me.
In episode 6 I put it all out there on the table. I open up about my family history and share personal experiences in my household that shaped me into the woman I am today. . Flaws and all.
Episode 4 is by far my FAVORITE episode. I enjoyed the conversations and wisdom each interviewee shared. My goal with this episode is for listeners to understand what it’s like to be a man so that moving forward we can bridge the gap between men and women.
Episode 3 gives listeners a chance to hear what’s it’s like being black in America from different perspectives as well as educate people on our history.
This episode I open up for the first time about my experiences with trauma and how I dealt with it. I hope my story helps others learn how to deal with their own experiences with trauma.
