We think we're in control, but we aren't! Ever find yourself on route to a date and then pulling a swift 180 and heading home? Or walking into the produce section and wondering how you ended up in the frozen isle picking between ben and jerry's or chapmans with no spinach or carrots in sight?
We do things that are counterproductive towards our goals and it's not ALWAYS our fault .. it's these uncontrolled subconscious beliefs that we picked up on while developing our lil' child brains. We assess and learn from observing those who raised us! We create our identities based off these beliefs and it's no wonder we're driving to work and all of a sudden have the sudden urge that everything we're doing in life is a giant mistake and that we should just quit our jobs and move to Idaho.
Does that ever happen to you? Or am I just crazier than I thought 😅
