So Dopamine is the driver of motivation - dopamine spikes, we feel good 😌 we want to feel good, so we do it again to get the dopamine hit! Simple! SO we can start to manipulate what we allow to spike our dopamine and harness the power for GOOD GOALS AND HABITS!
By FASTING. A Dopamine fast my friends (obviously you cannot completely halt dopamine, it's a neurotransmitter - a brain chemical that is released without our consent (important) - buuuuut we can start to get dopamine hits by telling your brain HEY. THIS SALAD. I LIKE THIS. I SMILE WHEN I EAT SALAD. BRAIN LIKES SALAD.
Get excited about your goals and healthy habits. Remove your distracting habits (FAST THEM)
1 day, 3 days, a week WAT EVEA.. Pick some things and giver a go
