When It’s Time to Move On: Embracing Change

Letting go is one of the hardest things we face in life. Whether it’s walking away from a job, a relationship, a role we’ve outgrown, or even a dream that no longer aligns with who we are—it’s a process filled with emotional weight. Transitions stir up feelings of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty, and the unknown can make even necessary decisions feel paralyzing.At the same time, holding on for too long can keep us stuck. We risk sacrificing growth, peace, and opportunities for something better because we’re clinging to the comfort of what we already know. In this episode, I’ll guide you through:
  • Recognizing when it’s time to let go.
  • Overcoming the fears that make us hold on.
