This week we get curious about what "BDSM" stands for and all it means! Senior and Bird talk about their first official BDSM scene together, and talk a little bit about the relationship road that hasn't always been easy. We also cover what some triggers for safe wording might be during a scene, how kink can be similar to EMDR therapy, some fun facts and stats about kink and de-stigmatizing kink over the last 10 years.
We have some tender moments where we talk about some of Senior's mental health journey and how it relates to kink, BDSM and being sadistic, as well as some of Bird's trauma and how kink and BDSM can help heal some wounds for both tops and bottoms. Senior has a great suggestion that we can try out products and talk about our experiences with them!
