DREAMWEAVERS Podcast by Zaya
Founder of Neurodynamic Breathwork, Michael Stone

As many of us know, the ego-mind can create negative emotional states and disconnect us from being our best selves. It can fill us with fear, anxiety, self-limiting beliefs, and doubt. Breathwork can also support us in releasing the tension and pent-up energy that is deeply rooted within the subconsciousness. Through the practice of breathwork, we can begin to disengage with our ego in order to connect to our true inner wisdom and let go of our past. Breathwork creates both a physiological and psychological impact on the brain where we go beyond the body's physical state and mind and push past what we call the Self or the Ego.

In this episode, Founder of Neurodynamic Breathwork, Michael Stone and Founder of Zaya, Nadeya Hassan discuss how breathwork helps us connect to our "inner wisdom" so that we can reach deeper levels of healing and transformation. We also have a 10-15 min breathwork session and a Q & A from our live listeners.
