- 2015 Jennifer became long distance caregiver while grandmother aged in place at home in Los Angeles;

- 2017 Jennifer’s Grandmother hospitalized then moved to Independent Living in San Diego

- After 1-2 years there was a fall (CRISIS) Grandmother moved into Jennifer’s home;

- 2020 Jennifer needed help and hired private duty caregivers for up to 16hours daily.

- Frequent hospitalizations 4x ED 5 days due to symptoms of pain, terrified by pandemic quarantine

- Moved to Memory Care

- Switched medical insurance to use a mobile physician.

- Hospice Care
