In today's episode, we're examining the difference between helping and enabling and how to set healthy boundaries and rules of engagement, to build healthier relationships with the people we want to see succeed and thrive.
In this episode, we’re not going to speak about any specific behaviors, such as those associated with addiction and addicts. We’ll speak to you, the one who is doing the enabling. We’re focusing on you and your choices to enable the behavior. This isn't about shame or guilt.
It's about us taking responsibility, being accountable for what we say and do, and holding others accountable.
