Happy Hallowe'en! To terrify you all to within an inch of your lives, I'm joined by the nicest man in podcasting, Mr Dan Pinn, Mr. Kevin Jordan our tame book reviewer, and a surprise guest, to discuss that time when The Doctor, Fitz and Anji joined George Orwell to witness the Spanish Civil War. Will it be the winning side who write the history books? The losers? Or... someone else?

Flight Through Entirety pin-up Nathan Bottomley joins me to be nine kinds of clever about the BBC Books 35th anniversary novel, 1998's The Infinity Doctors. The dreamy hunk Bottomley is always a joy to speak with and I hope y'all enjoy this little chat. I know today's not special for any of you, but it's special for me. Just don't ask me how old I am now.

Join us for one last episode of The High Council, as Ryan and I battle it out once and for all, to see who is truly the higher.
This has grave, but oddly entertaining implications for our chat about Jim Mortimore's unpublished Past Doctors novel Burning Artemis, which crept out into the world in the year 2000 as Campaign.
Stay tuned at the end for the VORLD-VIDE PREMIER of the new single "That's Mortimore" by THE VALEYARDBIRDS...

It's another mega-extended director's cut of a chat this month, as I sit down with Alex Wilcock (a self-confessed Virgin New Adventures supergeek) who even owns a t-shirt with all 61 NA covers proudly on display. We're talking about the 1995 New Adventure Head Games, by Steve Lyons, whose previous book in the range, 1994's Conundrum, is held in the highest regard by virtually everyone who's read it. While we discuss the return of Bonnie Langford's ebullient Bush, a genocide on Detrios, and a fight to the death between Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy (always bet on wiry strength, ferocity and speed over size or waistline) we also learn a lot about Alex's life, his wedding, his childhood and, erm, Liz Truss.
This is a really fun chat, and that's before we find out where Kev's calling from this time. Enjoy the show, and come and say hi on Bluesky; I'm @theiainmartin.bsky.social

What connects cricket, The Mary Whitehouse Experience and November Rain? It can only be the 50th Virgin New Adventure Happy Endings, a uniquely divisive book but a uniquely welcome celebration. Welcome, welcome, and do try not to shag the groom.

Ryan Blake is a behavioural therapist, English and Philosophy teacher, and unapologetic science fiction fan. By day he helps people make sense of their lives, by night he transforms into a French cabaret chanteuse — and whenever there’s a spare moment, you’ll find him time-travelling through the Whoniverse. He stars on the Power To Live Foundation's podcast.

More incoherent ass-casting from two exceedingly high gentlemen who want, despite their extreme limitations, to tell you all about 1993's aborted 30th anniversary special written by Adrian Rigelsford, for Tom Baker and Rik Mayall.
And stay tuned for the world premiere of "Let's Kill the Doctor Again" by... Vervoid Revolver.

This time we are once again veering off-course and looking at a different Doctor in fiction, this time the fourth Doctor who appears in a tale written by...the fourth Doctor, Tom Baker. I'm joined by the potty-mouthed irreverent scamp Harry from a famous 80's prog band to discuss this bizarre entry into the world of written Who. This is very much NSFW, for which I'm very sorry. It's all Harry's fault. He leads me astray, as you'll hear...

Iain and Ryan discuss BBCi's 2003 animated webcast The Scream of the Shalka with all the nonsense, tangents and factual inaccuracies we're coming to know and love in... The High Council.

Like the Christ, Iain and Joe return quite unexpectedly to carry on where they left off. This episode goes a little bit NSFW, but let's hope no-one nails me to a tree over it, eh?

The start of a new mini-series devoted to Doctor Who stories which aren't exclusively prose-based. The High Council, (Lord President Ryan Blake and me, Castellan Scoundrel) discuss TV stories, audios, animations, graphic novels, anything really. We hope you will join us up here at our elevated vantage point, way way up in the sky in geostationary orbit, to chew the fat about the final Fourth Doctor adventure.
Features the WORLD PREMIERE of the single "Logopolis Rain" by Guns N' Rodan.

email us at allstoriespod@icloud We are back, and so is the simply adorable Joe Ford, for this even-handed and fair-minded critique of a novel (perhaps unfairly) regarded as one of the very worst Doctor Who: New Adventures. Happy Easter, peeps.

Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends, unless I live to be twice as long as too long, in which case kill me now.
This may seem like an utterly redundant trailer. In some ways it is. But it does three very important things.
Take care. Be kind to yourself. Come say hi.

Surprise! We're back for the first episode of our new, occasional side-step into Doctor Who books featuring other Doctors, and where better to start than at the very beginning, with Slipback, the very first Doctor Who novel *not* based on a BBC TV story.
Joining me is long-term Saward stan JR Southall.
WE WILL BE BACK AT EASTER!
