Dr. Mugele is an Emergency Medicine (EM) physician at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. He obtained his medical degree from University of Michigan, did his residency in EM at University of Indiana, and completed a fellowship in disaster medicine. We discuss his journey into EM, ways to support those considered outcasts by society, and how he learned to make great cookies! We also discuss his work as a residency program director and ways to cope with negative outcomes.
