1. Full Blood Count: Your general health indicator!
2. Cholesterol: do you have a high risk of heart attack or stroke due to plaque in your arteries?
3. Liver Function Test: is your liver fatty or affected by alcohol?
4. Glucose & Insulin: are you at risk of type 2 diabetes?
5. Kidney Function: are you hydrated and kidneys performing?
6. Prostate: do you have any sign of prostate cancer?
7. Thyroid: is your thyroid working and keeping your metabolism strong?
And add in a Heart Scan whilst you are dancing with doctors to check your ticker is going ok!
