Mads and Laura talk about why the conclusion of the space storyline not only stuck the landing, but managed to make Athena's grief journey highly relatable. Why were we crying? What are we looking forward to and do we believe Bobby is still alive? All that and more!
Mads and Laura breakdown what really works for this episode. But, just because we are enjoying this pacing doesn't mean we aren't ready to move forward from space. Who's storyline was your favorite during this episode?
Laura and Mads discuss the character developments happening while the team deals with an incompetent billionaire and their friends being stuck in space.
Laura and Mads discuss #BobbyAliveMaxxing and why elements of this episode were great, but we still needed more. How did you feel about this opening episode? Are you still believing Bobby might be alive?
After a very uneven set of episodes, we've finally come to the end of Season 8. Will we survive the hiatus until Season 9? Do we think Buddie will ever happen? Mads and Laura also take time to break down some media literacy in hopes our listeners can have a better understanding of THAT PR cycle.
Mads and Laura breakdown why on the surface some of the episodes moments look good, but upon further reflection aren't. As we round out this season we look back on all that the season contained and how put together feels disjointed and not as cohesive as previous seasons.
Laura and Mads look at all angles of this particular episode and discuss why it didn't flow right and why this was a massive disservice to the memory of Captain Bobby Nash.
WARNING: If you haven't watched the episode yet and have somehow missed the news, please proceed with caution.
We are still not okay about this one. So much so that Laura and Mads have quite a bit to say about how wrong this choice is.
We all deserve better than this, Tim Minear!
What do Laura and Mads have to say about one of the best episodes of 9-1-1 of all time? Quite a lot, actually. Can we get these actors an Emmy? PLEASE!
Mads and Laura break down how much fun this episode truly is. From Hen being forgotten on her birthday to Eddie stepping up as a father. What were your thoughts on "Invisible?"
There were some hits and some misses with the latest 9-1-1 episode. Laura and Mads breakdown why Maddie's story wasn't handled the way it should've been. Do we agree on where Eddie's relationship with his son, Chris, stands? Listen in to find out.

Mads and Laura break down what was so great about the focus on Maddie's Kidnapping and why that is good for the show overall. And then, of course...there is the goodbye scene. 10/10 would recommend this episode.
Mads and Laura discuss what was probably one of the best episodes 9-1-1 has ever aired. As we head into the final three episodes of 9-1-1: Lone Star, we find ourselves even more angry at certain character choices already implemented and the events to come.
It only took 8 episodes, but Lone Star finally had a great episode this season. But, Laura and I don't want to talk about the giant elephant in the room that comes at the cost of not having Grace around. Meanwhile, on 9-1-1, the silly, goofy filler episode lands pretty solidly in the middle as wholly entertaining and developing for the characters themselves. Check out our full thoughts.
Mads and Laura discuss how Lone Star actually had an enjoyable episode despite not liking where Tommy's health journey is going. Then, on 9-1-1, this episode reminds us we can never take ourselves too seriously because this show certainly doesn't.
On our 80th episode, we discuss the implications of 9-1-1: Lone Star seeming to get rid of yet another main character of color and how Owen continues to be an unsympathetic character. Then, on 9-1-1, the math is definitely mathing for Eddie to have a queer awakening soon -- if the writers are brave enough -- while Buck experiences his first queer break-up.
Mads and Laura discuss the merits of TK and Carlos' marital woes and question the role Owen takes in the horse emergency. Then, we go full out for the Halloween silliness that 9-1-1 is so good at doing.
