Hosted by Elijah Jagne, a Multicultural Center student leader and alum of the Men of Color Leadership Program (MoCLP) , and co-hosted by Dr. Clifford C. Meeks, Coordinator of the MoCLP, the podcast aims to foster meaningful conversations around the topics of identity, diversity, and the historical context of structural racism and bias within higher education institutions.

One of the primary objectives of "Dismantling the Ivory Tower" is to promote the Multicultural Center and the MoCLP. The podcast emphasizes the importance of these essential programs and their work in fostering a more inclusive and supportive campus environment for underrepresented students.
