This is a podcast where I (sometimes with a guest) discuss topics ranging from: economics, philosophy, conscience, psychology, society, politics, religious beliefs, and other aspects of what brings us together as human beings. I hope the theme of the podcast will develop itself over time as I talk with amazing people and share my opinion on topics of importance. I believe the division of political and ideological thought will only widen as time goes on. I therefore hope to persuade many of the hypocrisy and lies of those seeking destruction of America and destruction of freedom.

Ep. 3 "The Wealth Gap Mania"

This episode focuses on the fallacies behind the wealth gap argument. People have been making the argument for years that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, therefore government must step in and intervene to distribute wealth equally to the top and bottom. This argument falls apart in many ways but I've outlined 3 main fallacies in this argument of anti-capitalist propaganda. I also changed the name of the podcast to "Discussions With Dill" to open up the playing field for more discussions than socialism alone, even though I feel like socialism has incorporated itself into many aspects of life other than economics.

Ep. 2 The Envy of Socialism and the Moral Case for Property Rights

In this episode of Power Over People I discuss my opinion on the moral case for property rights and the green monster of envy so common in socialism. We go into detail about how slavery used to be protected under property rights and how it wouldn't have ended if not for a moral people. The Democratic Party was founded by Andrew Jackson and he was its first elected president. It was a pro-slavery party who wanted to protect slave owners from the abolitionists, or those who wanted to free the slaves. It wasn't until Lincoln was elected as the first Republican president in the newly formed anti-slavery party that the slaves were freed. Capitalism is the free exercise of your resources, or property.

Intro to the Podcast Part 1

The episode got cut off at 30 minutes so it didn't record the second topic! Jump over to episode two "Intro to the Podcast Part 2: BLM. In this episode I go over what the podcast will be about, some of my expectations, and I dive right into my first topic of the dangers of treating socialists or "those advocating for socialist policies" as enemies. This is simply divisive. However, I talk about how it's going to be near impossible to speak boldly and truthfully about the dangers of socialism without ultimately stepping on some toes. Again, the second topic got cut off at thirty minutes so look for part 2 where I discuss my brief feelings on the socialist political movement "Black Lives Matter".
