Having a sense of freedom in your life is the best feeling ever!! Constantly seeking validation, and correction along with other’s opinions isn’t really living in freedom. What areas of your life could you be more free in?? Knowing that you are still opened to learning and growing but also just having total confidence and freedom in what you’re doing & knowing that it’s the right thing for you.

Do you know what your childhood trauma is? We all went through tough situations, and emotions in our childhood from our parents and environments. In this episode we talk about how usually trauma is inflicted unto us from our parents and our life experiences due to lack of healing and acknowledging our wounds and emotions. Talking to someone you trust and seeking the help you need can help you heal and overcome those spiritual and mental things that are keeping you from becoming your best self!

In today’s episode we talk about why Relationships & Friendships seem to fail the most these days. We touch on these different key points that explains why; lack of communication, no discipline/self control, disloyalty and double mindedness.

Let’s talk about the ways of this world today.. Everybody want to be influencers, and everybody wants to be heard and seen. But are you really made for that though?? Everything is not what it seems! Don’t be like everyone else in this world, be different. Be who God called you to be and really tap into your power.

We all get triggered daily or weekly at some point. We can get triggered by people we deal with, situations or tragic life encounters. It helps to talk to ourselves to bring our feelings and emotions back to reality. The truth- that we can’t control everything and life goes on. Even though we can’t control everything, we can control our actions and how we react. Learn how to talk kindly to yourself and help yourself calm down.

In this episode I will be encouraging y’all to follow your dreams and goals NO MATTER WHAT!! Do whatever it takes, and take whatever comes with it to get there. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it in the end! Don’t rush, but TRUST the process.
