Let's just say, wow this one is juicy!!

Because the thing is, is that Nutrition is actually really simple; but the thing is, we as humans like to complicate it with our abundance of dumb rules.


Rules such as eat this, don't eat this, breakfast needs to be in a bowl, dinner needs to be on a big ass plate, blah blah blah.


Throw on wanting to have a regular and pain free period and it's all of a sudden a massive sh*t show.


Look there are some food rules that acutally make sense and there are others that make me want to move to another planet.

What rules are relevant?!

What rules are screwing with your progress?!

And what rules are just a waste of time?!
