Delulu is what got me from shoving an entire box of insanely strong pain killers every month to feeling nothing at all.

For years, like literally over a decade I battled with debilitating period pain...to the point where I needed a whole box of painkillers just to get through the day.
Until one day, enough was enough...
I became my own guinea pig.

Okay so I am really digging these spicy podcast episodes lately.

Most of us have grown up to believe that we need to put others first, we are praised for putting ourselves last, praised for doing all these things for others but not for ourselves.
I disagree!!
By not putting yourself first, you can't look after others.
By not putting yourself first, you can't do your best work.
By not putting yourself first, you can't be the best partner, daughter, mum, cousin, sister, friend, employee etc.
There is an art to putting yourself first, you need to make sure its healthy and not toxic.
