So the idea of a pain free period probably sounds insane and unrealistic?!

Well I am here to tell you that that is not true!!


In fact your period is meant to be pain free and easy and light.


When I went on my pain free period journey I had to be unrealistic, insane and delulu.

If I did what everyone else around me told me to do then I would have still been suffering with period pain.


Delulu is what got me from shoving an entire box of insanely strong pain killers every month to feeling nothing at all.

For years, like literally over a decade I battled with debilitating period pain...to the point where I needed a whole box of painkillers just to get through the day.
