IMO there is so much information out there about how Nutrition is the only way to achieve a pain free period.
And equally, there is just as much information out there about Mindset being just as powerful.
But there is no where near enough information about both.

Anyone can achieve a pain free period, but whether that actually lasts for more than one cycle will be based on if you have included both Nutrition and Mindset in a HEALTHY way.
