We look at the idea of training smarter from a hole club point of view. Instead of having teams and coaches training together on different days and different times in there own silo, we instead have a hybrid model where team training remains but we also have hole club training where teams train together on one night at the same location. This hybrid model can help with both Coach Development and Player Development.
