While walking through the sometimes busy, lively, sometimes quiet streets of Skopje, North Macedonia, I reflect on the things we tend to fixate on and how we can redirect our focus to what's beautiful about life and people.
Meditate Everywhere, where sound art meets wellness, is a project about not turning away from the sounds of life and the world but welcoming them in as part of the practice. It offers an opportunity to deepen presence and understanding of self by adding new layers to the practice of awareness.
