A quick chat about toxic behaviors and how to identify and fix em. Identifying and addressing toxic behavior in oneself takes a lot while pinpointing fingers at others and calling them toxic is very easy. This is solely my ideas and perception of self toxicity . I did mention using references from one the the best authors book but realized I had to edit that part in order to make my episode short. So just a heads up- no direct references were used.
