He has taught for nearly 30 years at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, pursuing research specialties in crisis management, change communication, reputation management and business writing and speaking. He is the author of more than two dozen academic texts, two trade books, and is directing editor of nearly 400 business school case studies.
