How can we tackle the stigma and break down barriers to encourage open conversations about grief?   *Warning: this episode talks about themes of suicide and grief It is estimated that only about 30% of people actively seek professional help or counselling when dealing with grief, underscoring the need for increased awareness and support. National Grief Awareness Week encourages open discussions, education, and empathy to help individuals understand and cope with the many facets of grief. Today, we look to discuss some of the more difficult topics and how to embody our value DC value ‘be kind’, with our host Sylvia Ingle and guest speakers, Diane Eshleman, Head of Americas & Global Chief Sustainability Officer, Mark Thompson, Assistant Vice President SRP, and Victoria Beckett, Internal Communications Manager.
