DC Diversity Dive Episode 5: Pride Month
Pride Month embraces the diversity of this community and celebrates people’s identities. As well as reflecting on the improvements we’ve made towards equality, it also promotes awareness and education on the issues these communities still face. At Delta Capita we support and encourage staff to allocate time to causes they believe in or identify with; coming together to allow all our employees to feel supported, recognised and valued.   In this episode, we look to discuss some of the difficulties people face and how to embody our values of ‘being a change agent’ and ‘being courageous’, with our host Keyla Berressem, Senior Analyst and guest speakers, Philip Freeborn, our Global Head of Services, April Dickinson, Senior Consultant and Erik Zetterberg, Associate at Delta Capita.
