DC Diversity Dive Episode 14: Time to Talk
One in four people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. Welcome to Episode 14 of our DC Diversity Dive, a podcast where our Diversity and Inclusion team aims to recognise and support cultural practices and celebrations. In light of Time to Talk Day this week, and with this year’s theme being ‘Get comfortable and start talking about mental health,’ our DC colleagues come together to discuss some of the more challenging topics related to mental health. They also explore how to embody our DC value of being courageous, alongside our host, Lindsay Jones, and guest speakers Mike Pszenicki, Sylvia Ingle, and Jessica Assaad.
