DC Diversity Dive Episode 10: Time To Talk Day
In the age of technology, how can digital platforms and social media contribute to promoting open discussions about mental health positively?   Time to Talk Day is an annual initiative orchestrated by mental health organisations to champion open conversations around mental health. The primary objective is to diminish the stigma often associated with mental health issues by fostering discussions that promote understanding and support among individuals.   In our latest episode, we look to discuss some of the more difficult topics and how to embody our value of ‘be courageous’, with our guest speakers Dani Ramirez, Managing Consultant, Grant Caroll, Director, Mike Robertson, Head of Consulting and our host Sylvia Ingle, Assistant Vice President.
