Have you ever wondered what really happens after we die and what that means for how we live today?
In this episode of DAUGHTERS, host Carina Jung explores the biblical story of eternity: from the Garden of Eden to the Garden City in Revelation. Together, we’ll unpack what Scripture teaches about heaven, resurrection, and the renewal of all things and why death is not the end, but the beginning of life with Christ.
Because in Jesus, eternal life doesn’t start when we die.
It starts now.

Why do we sometimes grieve so deeply for someone we never personally knew? In this episode of DAUGHTERS, I share what felt like a personal loss in memory of Charlie Kirk, and lift his family up in prayer.
Together, we look to Scripture, Daniel 10 & 11, Revelation 6, Isaiah 6 and 57, 1 Timothy 1, and Luke 19, to understand the reality of the unseen battle, the hope of eternal peace, and God’s call to faithfulness in our generation.
This conversation moves beyond left-versus-right debates, pointing us back to the heart of the gospel: Jesus came into the world to save sinners. He is the one who fights for us, calls us to stand firm, and reminds us that our ultimate allegiance is not to the kingdoms of this world but to the Kingdom of God.
May this episode encourage you to see the times we are living in with spiritual clarity, to grieve with hope, and to stand ready to say, “Here I am, Lord. Send me.”

Many say, “I believe in God, but I’m not religious.” Maybe it’s church hurt, a misunderstanding, or the idea that faith should stay private. But is that what following Jesus really looks like?
In this episode, we unpack the difference between empty religion and true faith, why grace, not works, defines Christianity, and why church is still God’s beautiful design for His people.
If you’ve ever wondered whether spirituality is enough, or wrestled with the idea of church, this conversation is for you.

In this truth-filled episode of DAUGHTERS, Carina Jung sits down with guest Tamara Skripchenko to unpack a statement that might challenge everything you’ve heard about love: “Your soulmate isn’t lost — they just don’t exist.”
Together, they explore the cultural myth of “the one,” where the idea of soulmates comes from, and how it subtly shapes our expectations, longings, and disappointments. Tamara shares how letting go of that narrative has brought freedom and clarity in her view of relationships and deepened her trust in God’s timing.
But this episode goes even deeper.
They talk about purpose in the waiting, how to shift from obsession with timelines to living anchored in Christ, and what it truly means to live out your identity as a daughter of God - single, dating, or married. If you’ve ever wondered what intentional waiting looks like or struggled to believe that you’re not behind, this conversation is for you.
Come be reminded: You weren’t created for marriage. You were created for Christ.
Have you ever clung to a quote that felt right — only to discover it’s not in the Bible at all? In this honest heart-to-heart, Carina Jung unpacks nine popular sayings that sound wise but miss the mark. With Scripture as our guide, we trade clichés for truth, grace, and a deeper understanding of God’s heart.
In this raw, soul-deep episode, Carina shares a longing that’s been stirring in her spirit - a desire to be nearer to God than ever before. Inspired by a fresh encounter with Psalm 63 and a moment stirred by The Masterpiece by Francine Rivers, she speaks vulnerably about the ache for more of His presence, more of His voice, and more intimacy with the One who is always near. It’s a reflection on holy hunger, trust in His promises, and the beauty of simply sitting with Him.
Carina steps into a much-needed conversation about the subtle but dangerous blend of New Age spirituality and Christianity. Drawing from personal experience and a deep reverence for Scripture, she exposes how seductive language and mystical practices—masked in God-talk—can cause confusion. This episode is a call to discernment, holiness, and a faith rooted not in vibes, but in truth.
In this Easter episode, Carina wrestles with a question many avoid: Are you a sinner? Grounded in Scripture and raw honesty, the conversation traces the uncomfortable truth of human sin - and the unmatched beauty of Christ’s answer. From the cross to the empty tomb, this is the story of a Saviour who didn’t come to improve us, but to save us.
In this episode of the DAUGHTERS podcast, Carina reflects on her own season of singleness - not as a waiting season, but as a purposeful place. She explores how to lean on God without idolising a future marriage and what it looks like to approach dating biblically when that time comes. Whether you're single, dating, or somewhere in between, this conversation is an invitation to live fully where you are.
In this episode of Daughters, Carina reflects on the essential call to repentance — a turning away from sin and a turning toward God. Drawing from powerful Scripture and personal prayer, she shares how true repentance leads to healing, restoration, and intimacy with Christ. This is an invitation to lay down what weighs us down and walk in the freedom of forgiveness.
In this episode of Daughter, I’m opening up about my journey from the New Age to a deep and personal relationship with Jesus. I share my experiences with Theta Healing, the pivotal call with my grandma that planted seeds of faith, and how conversations with podcast guests and watching of YouTubers - like Ally Schnacky - helped shape my decision to follow Christ.
I’ll also talk about the impact of reading Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis, listening to Erwin McManus of Mosaic Church, and ultimately deciding to get baptised. From encountering the Gospel to saying "yes" to Jesus, this is my story of change, surrender, and a new life in Christ.
If you’re curious about faith, struggling with questions, or just need encouragement, I pray this episode speaks to your heart. Let me tell you: Jesus is so good.
