Rose warned this ‘murderous free-for-all’ compounds Gaza’s intolerable crisis, with bombings, evictions and fuel shortages creating ‘a bloody Sunday every day’. He accused GHF of operational failure, stressing proper aid requires expertise—not the current chaos enabling mass casualties. While 138 organisations demand GHF’s closure, Rose emphasised only a ceasefire can end suffering that ‘will scar generations’. With Israel blocking alternatives, he noted civilians face impossible choices: risk death for scraps or starve. Rose stressed famine now outweighs bombardment as Gaza’s top killer.

Just hours earlier, US President Donald Trump called for the case against Netanyahu to be dropped.

The Times of Israel reports the Jerusalem District Court has postponed Netanyahu’s planned testimony in his corruption trial this week after the Israeli prime minister argued “diplomatic and national security issues” need his attention. According to Reuters, the ruling said that new reasons provided by Netanyahu, the head of Israel’s spy agency Mossad and the military intelligence chief justified cancelling the hearings. The decision comes a day after Trump lambasted the trial itself, calling it a “POLITICAL WITCH HUNT” that the US is “not going to stand for”.
